Orders are processed ONLY Monday- Friday. 

Customers are able to purchase products on weekends. 

If purchase is done after 5:00pm eastern time. Your order will be processed the next business day. 

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. 

Shipping takes anywhere from 7-14 business days. From the day your order is processed. 

For Pre Orders in the info Box it will give you the specifications on that specific pre order time frame. Any questions refer to our contact us selection and follow prompts. 

We are not responsible for lost items or missed pick ups from the carrier assigned to your delivery via shipment.
